We offer local cookie deliveries to Vancouver and the majority of the lower mainland.

Orders over $75 get free delivery if the address is within our zones.

Upon check out, please select "Delivery" and the $10 fee will automatically apply when you enter the delivery address.

If the area you would like your cookies to be delivered to is not within our zones, contact us and we can see what we can do for you!

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

We are now partnering with Locvl Delivery for all our deliveries.

1. The cookie recipient will receive a text with a link that will show the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of their delivery for the day. Please check back throughout the day as the ETA may change due to external factors (ie. traffic, bad weather).

2. The cookie recipient will receive a follow up text when the LOCVL driver is on their way. This notifies the cookie recipient so they can make their way to their door or come to the lobby.

3. Lastly, they will receive a text message either confirming the completion of their delivery...

OR notifying them of a failed delivery with a phone number to call and rearrange another attempt at a later time. Re-delivery fees are $12.

FAILED DELIVERY PROTOCOL

If the cookie recipient does not respond to the texts and/or answer their door, LOCVL drivers are instructed to find an accessible point to safely leave the cookies (ie. by the front door of a residential home or with the building's concierge) unless instructed by the customer not to.

If the driver cannot find a safe spot to leave the cookies, there will be one last final attempt to contact the customer.

Upon no response, the cookies will be sent back to BAK'D and we will contact the customer to see how we should proceed (ex. customer pays $12 re-delivery fee for next day or picks up from LOCVL's offices or the River District).

Please be aware and understand that LOCVL and BAK'D are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts and/or damaged cookies for cookies that are left outside.
