August 2022 Special: (V) Strawberry Shortcake Cookie

🍓🍰 AUGUST MONTHLY SPECIAL: STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE (V) 🍰🍓

We are berry excited to kick off the last of summer with this ooey gooey vegan cookie! It’s a vegan cookie dough base, with local grown freeze dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and golden oreos ! We then dip it in the vegan white chocolate ganache and top it with our house made strawberry crunch!

Ingredients: vegan butter (55% modified palm and palm kernel oil, 24% canola oil, water, pea protein, soy lecithin, citric acid, natural flavour, beta caroten, Calcium Disodium EDTA), all purpose flour, brown sugar, cake flour, white sugar, freeze dried strawberries, golden Oreos (Unbleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin {Vitamin B2), Folic Acid), Sugar, Canola and/or Palm Oil, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Baking Soda, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Flavor, Natural Flavor), oat milk, vegan white chocolate chips (Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar, Tapioca, Rice Syrup, Rice Powder, Vanilla), corn starch, baking soda, and salt.
